Step One
Free 30 min Discovery Call: Contact Us – you can call into our studio or fill out a submission form on our website. We schedule a complimentary phone consult to review your project needs a gain a better understanding the unique scope of work for your space. This discovery call is at no charge and generally lasts 30 min.

Step Two
Are we a good fit? Let’s book a House call! This is an in-home consultation to view your space, needs and budget in person and gather all the info needed to get you a proposal. Your initial consult is billed out at $150.00 / hour. We take notes and photos.

Step Three
Then we present you a with a design proposal and contract that covers all the details. At this time we ask you to start gathering images to allow us to see inside your head. Pinterest Boards, Houzz, Instagram, or magazine pages are our most commonly used resources.

Step Four
Paperwork is signed, and the Design begins!! We will set up a schedule with “check-in” dates. After 7 – 10 business days we will present to you your design this presentation will include samples, floorplans and specifications. These meeting can be either at your home, at our studio, or even at one of our trade partners. We will review colour concepts, tear sheets, and scaled drawings. There is some back and forth, and it is our job to push you a little bit out of your comfort zone – this is why you hired an Interior Designer after all! But ultimately what you order – is your choice.

Step Five
We start ordering everything and set up an installation date(s) We show up with our crew of delivery guys and installers, politely ask you to go for coffee with a friend and the magic happens.

 


Commonly Asked Questions

We charge by the hour for the first visit, and then quote the full scope of work on a flat fee.

As designers we do our best to show you what you are purchasing. This is done through a combination of samples, and our upholstery “Sit-Test”

We do our very best to make sure you have a good understanding of what you are buying and all pieces custom ordered are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

This depends on how long you, our client takes to make a decision. Once pieces have been ordered and stock has been confirmed with the manufacturer, general delivery times are 3 – 4 weeks.

Have a copy of your house plans, and an idea book of what you like can help cutdown on the number of design hours needed.

No you can shop where ever you like. We require a $250.00 deposit towards the design work and drafting of your floor plan. Should you choose not to purchase your pieces through us, we keep the $250.00 and you get a design guide package to go shopping with.

We sell custom framed art, and pre-made art, Upholstery, Beds, Drapery, Toss Pillows, Area Rugs, Case Goods, Lamps, Accessories, Wallpaper, Custom Made Wall murals, Architectural Screens.
