If the wallpaper that you have received is faulty or an order error has been made by Designer Wallpaper, our Customer Service team
Will arrange a replacement paper to be shipped to you and help facilitate the return of the faulty goods.

If the return is a result of a customer error, please note that a re-stocking charge of 25” of the invoice value will be applied to the goods
Being returned. It will be the responsibility of the customer to arrange the return of the goods to Designer Wallpaper.

Goods can only be accepted for return by prior agreement with Designer Wallpaper and must be returned within 30 days of Invoice date.
